We have upgraded our computer and have reinstalled circuit creator and are now getting an error " cannot create/get context " And we can not print any thing and the may be the same problem. A. This is not a Circuit Creator program error it must be a problem in your procedure of reinstalling the program in your PC. Can’t use copy paste for reinstall Circuit Creator program. You have to take all your data backup in other Hard drive or in the same Hard drive CC32.AKF file is your reg. file so please take extra care for this particular file and then remove it from your hard drive using Uninstall program and then reinstall it from it's master program CD's you receive from us with this program and register it and then try to print your PCB file. If you are done same procedure for reinstalling Circuit Creator then reinstall your printer driver and then try to print PCB from Circuit Creator program. Q. After I downloaded your pc board program I tried to run it but it asked me for a missing cg32.dll file where could I obtain this file. A. You can download the Supporting DLLs from following website. http://www.advancedmsinc/update/ Downloaded file will be a zipped file. Unzip it and copy all the four .dll files into the same directory in which you have installed the software. You should be able to use the software.

Please download the software from following website. http://www.advancedmsinc.com/download/cktdwnld.htm Follow the instructions of the download page to copy cc32.akf file to the circuit creator directory. It should not ask you to register again. However, to protect yourself save the current Circuit Creator directory as back up. If it asks you to register again, try to register. If the registration fails then send the file cc32.akf to us and we will help complete the registration. Q. I bought Circuit Creator a few months ago, may be October or November and have been using it. I registered it when I bought it. Now the software won't run, it says, "time limit up, and please reregister to reactivate". But when I reregister it says it did it correctly but it still won't work. It keeps saying time limit up. A. Please replace the "cc32.akf" file of your Circuit Creator Directory by the attached file. No need to register the software. The attached file has registration data. The program "Board Creator" seems to run fine in all respects except that when I click on the icon to bring up a part, such as a dip socket", I get the message "REGISTRATION INVALID". No part selection dropdown menu appears. I can close the warning label and continue working on the board with all other functions seemingly normal. I have never used "logic Creator", however, he had me enter the program and I received no registration error message. A. Circuit Creator program is running ok only on WIN9X, WIN2000 and WIN-XP type operating systems. Right now you are using Windows-XP type operating systems so make sure which type of FAT you are using in your LAPTOP PC. (1) FAT32: Circuit Creator program is running ok on this type of FAT format. (2) NTFS: Circuit Creator doesn't running Ok on this type of FAT format. When you click on any Circuit Creator components your XP is given REGISTRATION INVALIDE type of error. Q. I put Circuit creator in my new computer and got the reg. file from you last month. This is the first time I have tried to print and I get an error. The first error box says, "Cannot create/ get printer config." The next box says "Unable to start print" A. You can’t copy paste Circuit Creator from one PC to another PC. First do one thing. Setup your default printer in CKTCRT from printer setup and make sure you have selected this printer as a default in your window program and make sure you have given correct paths in path in File/Preference/path/options then restart program and check it again. If the program doesn’t give you any error then continue with your work. Otherwise, re-install your printer driver and install it again and then try to print your file or get backup your all data and then uninstall it from your computer and restart your PC. Now you install CKRCRT program from program CD's only you receive from us copy cc32.akf file and send it for reregister. In future don't try to copy CKTCRT folder in other PC directly by copy paste. Q. I am finding that I will be using this package of programs more and more in the future. I would like to get this program back up and working as smoothly as it worked when I initially purchased it.
